Twelve summer fig recipes that showcase the very best of summer…
Figs are one of the favorite fruit because they are naturally sweet with great taste and texture. They are fairly healthy too thanks to their high dietary fiber content. Which got me thinking; what fig recipes should I try this summer? The fig salad with arugula and goat cheese is one of my all-time favorite dishes. I plan to take full advantage of the fig season and try as many new sweet and savory recipes as possible before summer is over.
